THIS GRILL GETS THE JOB DONE. I have cooked the best burgers I ever made and also smoked brisket, pork, and ribs using indirect heat over several hours and it tasted like compettion BBQ.

Weber one touch gold
Date:
I recently purchased the Weber one touch gold based on other reviews that I have researched. I already have an industrial grade gas grill but like the taste of charcoal and I also look for durability in a product. The grill was easy to assemble and I could not wait to try it out and compare to my gas grill for which I did this past weekend. First I must say I've had a charcoal grill and smoker before but have had issues with holding heat and using enormous amounts of charcoal. This Weber performed flawlessly. I used a Weber chimney starter to get the charcoal going which was a snap. I highly recommend purchasing one of these to aid in starting the coles. I made this a simple cookout comparing it to my gas grill, however there was no comparison except that both took about the same time to cook burgers and hotdogs on once I got the charcoal started. The whole time I was cooking on the Weber, my mouth watered at the aroma that this grill produced. I can say that the burgers on the Weber were Jucier, better tasting for which I got comments like I had never got on my gas grill. Of all the grills I've ever had this is the best cookout investment I've ever made. I feel now that I've wasted alot of money on a gas grill that will probably never get used now that I got the Weber One Touch Gold.

Alright I guess
Date:
A little disappointed with the quality and feel of the grill. I was leaning toward a Weber vs. some of the big box store brands because of the brand name. I guess I expected it to be a cut above the other imports. It came with a bent leg but I have yet to call the factory for a replacement.
