Handsome, but awkward

The wood is very good quality stuff, and the fabric is fairly sturdy (despite its thin appearance). I especially like that the fabric is slung between flat boards -- my last similar chair was slung between rods, and they're not comfy after a while.
My complaint against it would be that it's a bit awkward to sit in. Where am I supposed to put my arms? I'm smooshed inbetween the sides.
Though, I can't rule out the possibility that I misassembled it. The instructions are *terrible*.
