Bombproof basecamp cookset! I also added MSR's matching 1 liter Stainless teapot that is made to fit perfectly inside this 2 pot stainless set. Also two or more of the MSR Alpine Stainless plates fit perfectly in the stuff sack that is included, with room for at least one of MSRs Alpine soup bowls.
This set is perfect for campfire cooking, Coleman brand "suitcase stoves" and even the pocket sized backpackpack stoves. Heck the larger of the two pots and the teapot I added even fits on my Trangia 27 series alcohol stove. The small pot does not sit level in my Trangia.
These stainless pots may be a bit big and heavy for backpacking, but they are perfect for a basecamp or car-camping.
I fully expect this stainless MSR cookset to outlast me!
