Cabela's Canoe Seats

The lightweight, compact solution to comfortable seating in your canoe or kayak. Straps and quick-release buckles securely attach to most canoe or kayak seats. They are crafted from extremely durable, 600-denier rip-stop polyester with closed-cell foam padding and sturdy carbon fiber stays. The Fastek buckles secure side straps for comfortable use, and they’re also a great stadium seat.

Fair But Wouldn't Buy Them Again

I ordered these back in the spring and was excited to put them on my canoe and head to the river. They look great! Fortunately I test fitted them before I left the house and found that the attaching straps were way too short to fit on my Coleman canoe. I went to the harware store and bought enough strap to modify both seats to where they would fit. When I finally got to the river I was dissapointed that the seat backs offered absolutley no support. I wound up using them as "very expensive" seat cushions... I don't understand the reviews that say they work great or have great back support...maybe for a 4yr old but not for an adult.

Not good. The buckles come undone and slip. Not worth the money at all. These seats are an epic fail..

They are useless. Very poorly designed in that there is no rigid back support. When I sat in the seat and leaned back the whole seat collapsed. I returned them.

i'am pushing 62. just canoed the mullice river in the so jersey pine barrens. if you've never canoed the j/barrens, they're very demanding. to have the seat to lean back on at times was both new and rewarding. my back aint what it used to be.
this is an excellent prooduct.
