From "rock" painting to lithograph to your wall, artist Blaine Dabb goes to great lengths to create the right look, and
the right material to present his work. He crafts each "stone" by hand, rolling out sculpting material and then layering
on top of it. The image is then etched into the rock and hand-painted as many as four times to get the desired result.
The edges are then broken to enhance and shape the piece. Those pieces are then taken and reproduced as these
limited-edition lithographs. The lithographs are mounted on 1/4" gator board and then cut out by hand to reproduce
the look and feel of the original. Each lithograph is then float-framed and double-matted behind glass for a dramatic
three-dimensional effect. Frames as shown. Each print is a limited edition of 950, and each is numbered and signed by
the artist.
