Sportsman's Boards offer four different sizes of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) cutting/cleaning boards to handle
virtually any size fish. Both the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the Department of Agriculture recommend HDPE
for the cleaning of all fish, meat and fowl because of its resistance to food-borne pathogens. It's also far superior to
wood in preventing bacterial food contamination. Precise cuts are easy on the Sportsman's Board's textured surface.
Juice grooves on the SB I and II models, allow blood and fluids to drain away during the process for a cleaner, more sanitary job.
