I do alot of my own meat processing and have used many knives but these knives are so sharp they made my fillet knives even seem dull. They seem like they cut before the blade even touches the meat and hold a edge. Hard to dull and easy to sharpen I assure you Im ordering the whole set before this season. Just pay attn where your fingers are if you dont like stitches

I just finishe cutting up this years moose with the mundail knive I purchased several years ago. Each year if I am blessed they cut up a moose, several deer and a couple of caribou. A moment with the diamond hone and then the steel and razor sharp again top notch gear for the home processor.
