Good gloves

I bought these gloves more as a gag gift so my wife will stop cutting herself when she is working with one of our knives in the kitchen. So far, she hasn't used them and cut herself another three times since they arrived. BUT, we did go fishing, and we weren't having much luck with anything because the bluegills were cleaning us out. We changed our rigging and started catching blue gills. I am happy to say I didn't get "finned" once, and it was easier to hold the fish with the gloves. The fit is pretty good, too. A little loose on me, but fits my wife's hands well. We ordered a large pair. My fingers are shorter than my wifes.

These gloves are great for protection againest most cuts. It will not protect you from a stab but you will have less nicks or least not as severe.

Needed something tough to prevent myself from practically slicing off the tip of my finger again while slicing. These definitely do the trick. Now I'm not so paranoid while slicing with a knife or mandolin slicer.

Saved my Fingers

I spent the summer of 2011 salmon fishing in Alaska and knew I needed something to protect myself and hold the salmon firmly. These gloves have been great. I have cleaned dozens of large Alaskan salmon without any cuts. These gloves make it much easier to clean and hold onto the Alaskan size salmon without having to worry about injuries.
