I own several wild game processing DVDs and this is by far the best. No only does Chef Milos break down a deer cut by cut, he explains the best way to cook each cut of meat. The DVDs cover processing of many types of wild game and include a great many recipes. If you're going to own only one DVD on wild game processing, make it this one.
I was looking for a DVD that taught me the different cuts of meat, and also some venison recipes. Well I found them both in the DVD. The guy is a little hard to understand at first because of his accent but after a little bit you get use to it. He gave very good detailed info on the different cuts of meat, what the best use for the particular cut of meat is, where to find different cuts, and how to field dress and skin a deer. Great DVD!
