great investment for meat processing

i had bought the how to make jerky sausage and sticks before cabela's came out with the combo dvd set and the guys exsplain how to make jerky and sasuage and stick better then ever and easy to do. learned alot just from watching what to do and they exspain and show how to smoke it proper and your safe tempatures and times so there is no guess work. also i went with and would advise to buy cabeal's seasoning kits for whatever your gonna make it takes the guess work out as well and they taste great. come next season ill be getting more.
