A long-time customer favorite, our vertical stuffers now feature stronger gears and etched fill indicators in the plunger shaft to quickly see how close to empty the canister is. You'll appreciate the easy-to-insert, front-locking canister that stands up on its own, as well as the dual-speed gears that let you crank the stuffer down slowly, then switch to a higher gear to quickly crank it back up.

Base and cylinder are made of heavy-duty stainless steel. Includes four-stuffing tubes (10mm, 20mm, 30mm and 40mm) that are perfect for stuffing everything from snack sticks to summer sausages. Clutch operated, electric motor sold separately (motor works with these new models only).

Marinades and Seasonings: Tenderized to Perfection

Looking to add moisture, tenderness and flavor to your wild- and domestic-game meats? Then you've come to the right place. With our wide variety of marinades, brines and seasonings, you can rest assured that your steaks, grinds, jerky and roasts will have a little something extra in both taste and texture.

Taming Tough Cuts

Marinades are liquids used to infuse flavor into tougher cuts of meat. A marinade usually contains three components: an acid such as vinegar, wine or citrus juice, an oil to protect the meat from overdrying and flavorings like herbs and spices. Sweet ingredients may also be added to help form a delicious, caramelized coating. Best used with tough, muscular cuts of meat such as the shank, shoulder or others that are often braised over many hours.

Tip: Marinades break down the proteins present in the meat to produce added tenderness. Keep in mind, marinating should always be done in the refrigerator to prevent harmful bacteria from making you sick. Almost any food can be marinated, including but not limited to poultry, game meats, fish and even vegetables.

Succulent Saltwater Submersions

Saltwater brining solutions are usually mixed with sugars, spices and other herbs to deliver seasoning and moisture to lean meats in order to produce a juicier, more flavorful end result. Meats should be submerged completely, not allowed to float in the solution, and stored in the refrigerator. Before grilling, brined meat should be rinsed to remove excess salt and then dried with paper towels. This process usually takes a bit longer than marinating and tends to work best with pork, poultry and shrimp.

Rub it Down to Spice Things Up

Spice rubs and seasoning mixtures rubbed on meats prior to grilling or cooking are great ways to infuse exciting, smoky to spicy flavors. Setting rubbed meats aside for as little as 30 minutes to as much as all night allows the spices to thoroughly permeate the muscle tissues.
