2. Q: What about warranties and liability?
   A: Cabela's is not liable for any loss or damage, including incidental or consequential damage, which results from the use, maintenance, or the absence thereof, of any pre-owned firearm. Cabela's provides no express or implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.




3. Q: What is the sales tax on Gun Library online orders?
   A: Cabela's Gun Library Online is a part of Cabela's Retail, Inc. Any purchase from the Gun Library Online will be subject to sales tax if shipment is made to a state in which Cabela's Retail, Inc has an active physical presence. Sales taxes will be charged based on the state and local sales-tax rates where the gun is delivered.




4. Q: How are the firearms shipped?
   A: Firearms are shipped via UPS to licensed firearms dealers only. A signed copy of the FFL must be in our possession prior to shipment. Buyers must be of legal age to purchase firearms in their home state and must meet all federal, state and local restrictions and regulations. Only N.F.A. - antique firearms (pre-1898 mfg) may be shipped directly to customer.




5. Q: Is there an inspection period?
   A:Cabela's offers a three day inspection privilege on all firearms purchased. If, after inspection, the firearm(s) do not meet with your approval, Cabela's will refund your money less all shipping and handling costs upon receipt of the returned firearm(s).




6. Q: Does Cabela's offer gunsmithing services?
   A: Cabela's does not offer in house gunsmithing services. We may, however, be able to direct you to a qualified operation to suit your needs.
