Bluing on barrel and receiver in excellent overall condition. There is some evidence to suggest it may have been professionally reblued at some point in time, but if so it was expertly done. |
| Wood Condition |
Both the forend and stock show marks and scratches associated with field use, and it is also possible that the wood received an overcoat of varnish in the past which is not unusual for a hunting gun of that era. |
