Browning's Citori over-and-under shotguns are renowned for top-notch performance, superior shootability and great looks. Both the 625 Field and White Lightning models carry that reputation forward. They have strong, steel receivers with a silver nitride finish and beautiful high-relief engraving. Both styles feature single triggers with a safety and barrel-select switch on their tangs, have hammer ejectors and come with three Invector-Plus™ choke tubes. 12-gauge models have ventilated recoil pads. Available:
Citori 625 Field Outfitted with a gloss-oil-finish, grade II/III walnut stock with a close-radius pistol grip and a Schnabel forearm. Both barrels also feature Vector Pro™ lengthened forcing cones for consistent, uniform pattern density.
Citori White Lightning Sports Browning's Lightning-style, satin-finish walnut stock and forearm.
I bought this 2009 model from the Cabelas Gun Library primarily for Sporting Clays and Trap. It fits like a glove, mounts and swings incredibly; and I'm looking forward to putting many loads through this on the clay courses. Fit and finish are the best I've seen on O/U ever, regardless of price. Would not take those expensive K's over this for any amount of money. A little heavy(8.2 lbs) to upland with, but that is what I have the 20 gauge Monty and 28 gauge Franchi Renn. for. Would duck hunt with it., and would recommend this to anyone.
i bought my white lightning strictly for trap i grabbed it first shot total demolished the clay bird . after that i shot 95 out of 100 with it it is very accurate use a full in the top and a extra full turkey in the bottom definitely worth the money
This was my 50th birthday gift, I love this shotgun for upland game. I chase California Mountain Quail and so far I haven't come home empty handed. I like the fit and fill of the pistol grip in my hand. It makes the gun and I a team. The fit and finsh are topshelf.
