One of the best values on the market when it comes to performance and quality. The Hammer has the feel, the look and the precision of a bow costing much more. It has a fully machined riser, aluminum limb pockets, smooth QS cams. Fitted with Metrao bowstrings. Generates speeds up to 315 fps. Axle-to-axle length is 33". Draw length of 26 - 30". It has a generous brace height of 7-1/4" and weighs 4.2 lbs.
Camo pattern:Realtree AP™.
This bow has the driving force to knock down the biggest game you can find. It is compact, lightweight and rugged with a great camo finish. My first time shooting it I hit 3 arrows within one inch of each other. I am planning on keeping this forever and treating it like a piece of history in my family. I like the price too.
Shot this bow on the same day as a Matthews Z7 extreme and Helim and a Diamond Outlaw and then bought it. Not quite as good as the Matthews but they are double the price. It was way better than the Diamond and a lot smoother on the draw. Yes the Diamond is faster but it was so jerky, it threw me off when I finally got to full draw and tried to get my anchor points. This bow is also pretty quite, especially at this price. Yes, there are better bows, but you can not beat this value.
I got this a while ago and am just writing a review. This bow is awesome. At 20 and 30 yards I have to aim at different spots so I don't hit my fletchings or robin hood it. It's accurate for me clear out to 70 yards where I can group five arrows in a 5" circle. It also wasn't too much and I can't wait to try to harvest a deer this season.
