Best bow holder ever
Date:
I tried it on a spot and stalk hunt and loved how I could hang the bow and have both hands free to glass as I moved through the woods. I can't wait to take it to a 3D shoot

Excellent product
Date:
This is the best bow holder I have used: light weight, secure and fast attach & detach. The belt attachment is low profile, light and doesn't get in the way like other bow holders I have used. The part that attaches to your bow is small & light. Excellent for long hours of spot & stalk hunting to reduce arm fatigue. It also allows 2 handed glassing or ranging while keeping your bow quick at hand.

Great for Spot,Stalk, Tracking, Mountains, Tripods
Date:
The Hip Bone has been a huge addition to my archery collection. Originally I bought it to mainly use on Elk Hunts out West. I had used a sling in the past to keep both hands free, but it also took a while to get the bow ready. The Hip Bone allowed me to have both hands free and I could quickly get to my bow. Not the case when using a sling which definitely cost me shot opportunities in the past.
It performed flawlessly in the mountains and my bow never once came off my side unless I intended it to. We hunted on some pretty steep and rocky inclines so I don't think it is possible to accidently unhitch unless you hang upside down.
After using the Hip Bone in the mountains I have since started using it for deer and hog hunting. Makes it a lot easier to get in and out of tripods and tree stands, and definitely nice when tracking. Just having the ability to keep both hands free and having the bow right at your side is a huge addition for me. Well worth the money.

Top Notch Stalking Tool
Date:
Ever had the frustration of stalking thru the forest only to hear an animal bust thru the timber because you were stalking too fast? The Hip Bone, to me, helped me become a better stalker and this is how: On a recent nilgai hunt to the King Ranch, I tried out the hip bone and became its #1 fan. For those of you who haven't stalked Nilgai on the King, it's an experience that's hard to explain. It took me 4 hours to cover 2.5 miles. Why? Not because the terrain was challenging, but because that's how slow you need to move to stalk up on a Nilgai. The conditions to tune your stalking techniques are unmatched at the King due to the soft sand under your feet. However, your bow can become taxing after a 4 hour stalk. When your bow is holstered in the hip bone, you're forced to walk....nice....and...slow...so...that...your...bow....doesn't ...wobble. The Hip Bone helped insulate my arms from fatigue when my appointment with a Nilgai Bull came up and all I had to worry about was getting my yardage right. When I would approach a meadow, it was perfect to "holster" my bow to keep my cams from filling with King Ranch sand. Another Bonus! I can't wait to use it this September when I'm glassing a ridge in Colorado for a 6x6 Wapiti!
Well done T.A.S.! You made me a believer!
