Mini Kata 55SC Trolling Motor

We have a 16' fishing patoon boat, and was told we would need this one to work well. "We are using it, but we could have done with a much smaller one. The wiring from the motor to the foot petal is extremely large and in the way, and the foot peddle is huge. I would not recommend this to anyone. We are going to give it a try. We bought a 2nd marine batterty to run this one. One should not have to do this, and give up the space on the boat. Totally not reccommended for a smaller boat!
