I recently got caught in a rain storm and I had my bow in the case. When I opened the case there was no water in the padding or on the bow. My friend who had the same case, had his foam pretty wet. Thanks Plano and cabelas.

Sad excuse for an archery case as "discribed"

This case when taken from shipping box to opening , the top felt like it was going to completely break away from where it was attached in center "open close". The top fell "wobbled" so bad we thought it was going to break right there! This case DOES NOT AT ALL, STAND UP TO THE STANDARDS AS IT IS DISCRIBED.
On the Tag that was wrapped around the handle, was a picture of a truck driving over the case and stating how durable it is and how it can stand the run OVER of the truck. THAT'S A JOKE!! I WONDER IF I RAN OVER IT WITH MY TRUCK "AS STATED IT CAN" IF MINE WOULD BE AS DURABLE AS THE STATEMENT MADE/PICTURE ALSO.
I would like to add 1 more comment, I have the Mathews "Craze" with sight, stabilizer, and arrow rest. There are other cases made to fit much better with a customized bow, This Case would mash / break, and then you are left with a bow with everything twisted and turned.
But I will not have a chance to see if it will close well and lock with "MY" Bow - IT IS BEING//"RETURNED TO SENDER"
THAT IS AFTER I SEE IF IT WITHSTANDS THE TRUCK RIDE OVER AS STATED-!!RIGHT-THAT'S A JOKE>!!

All my equipment ; bow,arrows,release,binocs,sling,
etc. fit with room to spare. Haven't used it yet to go an any trips or 3-d shoots. I am expecting it will serve my needs very good.

The case is strong and well made. It holds the bow and arrows securely. The small inner case is a nice touch for holding additional tools and supplies.
