Very solid construction. Got rid of the suction attachment and screwed it on. Hook holders holds and dries my large flies nicely. Have it below an accessory outlet so it hold my cell phone while charging. A must have if you need a little storage space for smaller items.

I just got mine today and let me tell you what, its very nice. Much larger than my old one that attached to my seat pole. I dont like sitting down so I bought this one that can attach in the boat near where I fish.
Pros:
Suction Cups work GREAT. There are three of them and they hold very nice, even with all of this loaded in the holder:
Bug Spray, Sunscreen, Scent bottle, Line conditioner, Scale, scissors, Needlenose, lures, scale. I can go on and on.
This thing is wonderful!

Worth the money. Cheap, yet very durrable. The product is very usefull, and can be painted to match your rig. I like it, very handy.
