    I didn't rate it a five-star box solely because I haven't tested how waterproof it is. I like it. It has a convenient tray, and it holds a lot of boxes of ammo. I always buy by the bullet, and with this box, and 25 boxes of Herters, it was cheaper to buy the ammo and the box separately than to buy the "bulk" that Cabelas sells. I like the box. It was a good buy.

    ruined ammo

    during sept. floods my garage got 3' of water.
    All the primers and ammo stored in these so called dry boxes were ruined. the ammo and primers in the military surplus boxes were dry and perfect. Don't put anything you want to keep dry in these boxes

    Excellent for storage. I purchased four at first, found them to be tough and just right for my ammo. They also worked well for assorted items to keep them dry and organized, worked so well I purchased four more.
