I purchased this blind in Oct. and have used it several times. I really like the 360 window option and found it to have the least amount of blind spots. I have sat in a competitors blind that is more expensive and was disappointed to only have 2 sides that open in the style of the intimidator2. I am not giving it five stars because I think the zippers could have been a little more heavy duty. The explanation on opening the blind from a previous review really helped. I think people are making it more difficult that it needs to be.
This is my second Ameristep intimidator in four years . The first compared to this one are completely different. To start the bag that holds the blind is a sack vs. the old one which is a back pack...the new sack has already started to rip at the seems. There is no special camera viewing port and openings. The opening for the windows are a split window vs. one window that opens, makes it difficult to operate. Hunted in it last week and the seems that hold the zippered floor in are ripping out now. The customer service representative when asked said they had to cut cost to make the blind affordable. But I paid more for the this blind with less features on it then I paid for my first Intimidator blind.
This blind was very easy to set up it justs pops right open. The confuising part was the windows its just takes a few minutes to figuer it out. This blind is great you can see 360 degress. me and my buddy hunted out of it it had plentuy of room the only thing i recomend is taking your boots off if you have the floor zipped in. the reason i have it 4 stars is because the windows were alittle confuising.
GREAT blind. Extremely easy to set-up. The many window opening configurations is the BEST I've seen or used to date. Hunted in this blind during a very large rain and snow storm and it kept me dry and concealed. I have tried several blinds and this one works the best for me. If you do your research on blinds (and know what you are getting) and hunt as much as I do - I'm certain that this is the blind for you. The best I've used for Bow, rifle and Muzzleloading. DL
