The ChatterBait is a proven fish-catcher with the flash of a spinner, a jig profile and more vibration
transmission than many crankbaits. A unique blade design prevents hangups so fish cover with confidence. Swims with
hook point up for high-precentage hooksets. Per each.

I have used Chatterbaits on a regular basis for three years. I have had great success with them year round.I most often have one tie on to a rod in my boat 24-7. The best thing I can say is they work. The skirt system is the best you can buy.You can use any type of plastic that you want on the hook if you choose to and it will catch fish.Use it as you would a spinnerbait or fish it like a skirted jig,it will work. The only time I take it of is when my fishin buddy is out catching me.Very often it seems he has to tie on a "Chatterbait."They have a strong sharp hook and a powerful thumping action. They work surprisingly well in heavy struture without a weed guard. Try a few you will soon see what I mean.
i watched my buddy pull 3 black bass at least 2.5-3 pounds out of a little creek maybe 20 yards across while i caught 1 about 12 inches using weedless worms. this was during the rain. i immediately went online and ordered 4 for myself. 1st day of using it i had the biggest bass, i have ever seen in real life besides the ones in the fish tanks, on my line. i thought i was snagged but as i reeled up i saw it. needless to say i freaked out and span my drag way to far down. i was using the 5 foot ugly stick with 4 pound test. at least 3 soda cans could have fit in that bass's mouth. after i let my drag way down he spat out the lure. i didn't set the hook. my fault. i'm an idiot. later on i caught a 1-1.5 pounder. nothing special. i was surprised they were that active in the rain. i always used plastic worms on the bottom when it was cold. not anymore. seeing all of these big bass this is one lure i will always have with me while i'm out bass fishing. i wish i knew how to put pics on here to show you.
Great action that drives multiple species crazy. Only issue is the durability after catching several largemouth and pike during an outing. Still give it a 5!
I bought the black and Blue one and used it the next morning i recieved it but used it in the late morning catching small bass, i was still convinced it would catch a lunker so i used it that evening, i had no hits for about 3 hours and right before dark i was reeling it in when my line just got tight no hard hit, i thought i was snagged right when i jerked on it to get it "unsnagged" it then took off the other direction and 8 pound largemouth my biggest to date.
