Pedersoli Revolver Nipple Wrench with 6 Replacement Nipples
The Revolver nipple wrench has a flat-head screwdriver on one side for removing the wedge pin screw. Comes with six, 6 x .75mm thread size nipples that will fit the 1858 New Army, 1851, 1860 and 1861 revolvers.
While this is a good wrench, there is one draw-back which really needs to be addressed. The cross-piece torque arm really should be fixed in place -- instead of left loose to slide around at the worst possible while trying to loosen a nipple. Much easier to loosen a stubborn nipple when EQUAL pressure can be applied, so the wrench does not slip off. It is even more important when trying to not trip out a screw-head slot.
This Pedersoli Revolver Wrench with 6 Replacement Nipples is a great deal for the money. Not a tire lug wrench for a car.... but fits excellent for the 1851 black powder revolver I recently bought. . The six, 6 x .75mm thread size nipples fit great in both my revolver and spare cylinder. Get your self a good nipple pin type cleaning tool and also use some non setting lube.....
