This item was purchased for our recent 3rd trip to Gloucester,MA to head out to sea on a Whalewatch excursion.
Our trip this time took us out 28 miles. The ocean was about as choppy as a nice day on a freshwater lake! These optics offered the maximum FOV available which created a tremendous panoramic view for spotting whales! The size is compact enough for carrying on airplanes,or stowing on a schooner.(we also took a schooner ride out of Gloucester)In otherwords no fatigue in toting these around your neck!
Add the durability that was built into these optics,you have a winning product that is sea worthy for your next trip!
