Pro Mariner Marine Binocular

I purchased the Pro Mariner binocular with range finder and lighted compass about 2 months ago for use aboard our saltwater boat. I really dont care much for the range finder option. Its not real serviceable unless you are a math lover. The part of the binoculars I really like is the optics. Its got an incredible depth of field (focus on something far away and everything out to that is in focus too). The other thing I notice right away is they are great in low light (like dusk or a Pacific N.W. summer day) and the ruby color is good for cutting glare.
Forget the range finder version unless you need the compass.
