Very impressed with the quality and performance. Very well made and the power and clarity was quite good. I mostly fish a WMA that has six thousand acres and three lakes with lots of wild life. Deer,foxes, turkey, hawks, an eagle, herons etc. These glasses bring all in quite close and make it all more enjoyable. Also I cain't wait to take them up the road from Cabela's on Hwy 61 in PA to that great birding place Hawk Mountain to see the wonderful site of all those differant birds soaring around the mountain. Worth every penny folks.

My first experience with the Action series was with the 8x40 model, which probably has one of the widest views in it's power class.
The Action series is an older design. While not the lightest or most compact binoculars on the market, the optics are very good, certainly much better than others in this price range.
I now have the 16x50 Action binocular and can easily identify ducks, birds and other wildlife at ranges up to 250 yards. On a clear night, mount these binoculars on a tripod and investigate the heavens - awsome!

I really like the Nikon Binoculars and this set was pretty good. The only drawback is that they are a little bulky for spot and stak hunting.
