Sitka Kelvin gear is remarkably thermodynamic and ultralightweight, making it ideal for midlayering. Soft 100% polyester microfleece combined with PrimaLoft® insulation to maximize warmth without adding extra bulk and weight. This thin insulation maintains a high heat-to-weight ratio, making the vest incredibly packable. Features two handwarmer pockets and a drawcords at the neckline and waist. Imported.

Lightweight, well made, compressible and very warm. Stuff it in your pack and doesn't take up much room at all. Another great piece from Sitka.

I had heard about primaloft and decided that the sitka name and quality made this a safe bet. I am very pleased and am amazed at how lightweight, yet warm this vest was. I am sure this will be a go-to layer this spring on my Alaska Brown Bear hunt.
