Flambeau Masters Series Doe Deer Decoy

  • Two sets of ears change the attitude of the decoy
  • Built and painted to duplicate a receptive doe
  • Disassembles for storage in the body trunk
Flambeau has once again sought out the talents of acclaimed wildlife sculptor Chris Schiller to create this ultrarealistic grazing doe decoy. Built and painted to duplicate a receptive doe, they're sure to catch the eye of any rutting or pre-rut buck. The legs, ears, antlers and head disassemble for storage in the body trunk for easy field use. Secure leg attachment system has a large diameter screw cap to lock down each leg from the inside of the body. Two sets of ears change the attitude of the decoy. One simulates alertness and the other simulates submission.

Good Option-
Date:
I killed 2 deer that came in to look at my decoy. The decoy is an excellent "confidence" type decoy that can bring deer in close. I shot a nice 8-pointer and a big doe using my Flambeau decoy. The only down side is that it is a little cumbersome and a bit loud when assembling it. I do not recommend using this decoy on public land for obvious reasons but on private land it is a fun option. Give it a try.
Thanks-

Won't hunt without it.
Date:
I bought mine a year ago.Had no probs with attaching the legs or wobbling. I can see the possibility of maintenance later, but what the heck thats simple stuff. All I can tell anyone is that if you stink this thing up, get ready. I have had does and bucks come out of a creek bottom and see this decoy and come running over to check her out from 200 yrds away. I have had 6 does come into to it only yards from my blind. Took 4 deer with this last season. Can't wait to get the feeding doe decoy, I'll use them both. Good hunting.

bad purchase
Date:
if they would fix the legs on this i would buy 3 or 4 but you cant get legs tight so all it does is wobble. the tie down stakes should be closer to the bottom of leg. if they would read all the reviews and listen to the hunters and try to fix those problems they would have a very nice decoy on there hands.
please fix the legs and offer antler kit with it.

works pretty well
Date:
I liked enough, so I got one for my Dad as well. I made a fram out of 2x4's so it would stay up. this works if you do not have to transport it every day. If you have to transport it, I would go with a 3-D paper target. I watched one buck come right into it and at 3 different times it stopped running Does dead in their tracks and all offered great shots.
