Great Product
Date:
I wore these pants all day long stalking whitetails in high grass and heavy brush with an 18 mile per hour wind blowing rain, sleet, and snow all day long. Took two deer and stayed dry, warm, and comfortable all day. These stand up to brush pretty well considering they are fleece like pants. Highly reccommend this product!

Great cold weather hunting pants
Date:
I've hunted with and enjoyed the regular Microtex pants for some years and tried the insulated version this year for late November Montana hunting conditions. I was very impressed, quiet, warm, completely windproof in 20+ mph winds and water resistant enough to sit for short durations on frozen ground without getting damp shorts. I usually hunt in my Filson whipcord pants when it is near or below zero but these are my new favorites. Definitely much lighter than my Browning wool pants and just as warm.

Queit and Warm
Date:
I bought these after wearing the regular microtex pants. I wanted something to wear when it was cold 10-30 degrees and or a good wind chill. These are just as quiet as fleece, don't pickup burrs and are not bulky.
One early morning deer hunt it was 5 degrees with a 25-30 mph wind, I put these on under a pair of Cablas bibs I have and was warm all day. I only wished the bibs were as quiet as these pants. With these pants I know I won't be wearing my bibs much unless it is really cold. I bought a pair for my son as a present and said I would return them if he didn't want them. After trying them on he said no way I was going to return them. Waist size seems about an inch smaller then what the tag says.
