The North Face® Resolve Pants

  • Lightweight, affordable performance rainwear
  • Waterproof, breathable two-layer HyVent shell
  • Velcro-adjustable ankle tabs
  • Ankle zipper gussets
These hard-shell pants deliver the same waterproof, breathable and seam-sealed protection offered by more expensive pants. Constructed of 70-denier, 3-oz., two-layer HyVent® fabric with mesh lining for additional ventilation. The pants have an elastic waist, two pockets, ankle zipper gussets and Velcro®-adjustable ankle tabs. Imported.

Bought these with the Resolve jacket as my light weight skil outfit. The pants are very good with deep zippered pockets and I stayed dry while sking in powder. The bottom is zippered for easy on and off and to go over ski boots. Two things I don't like are the waist draw cord which is a thin diameter cord and has to be tied with a knot to secure it for a tight fit. Thicker cord would be better with a plastic stop to avoid having to knot it. Also, these pants may have been designed by a women as there is no front zipper for a bathroom break. I had to go to the bathroom in a hurry and had to untie my waist draw string knot which was difficult because of the small diameter cord. Other than this, I like these pants and will get many years of service out of them.
