Betts® Oval Floats – Weighted

Traditional foam floats are favored by anglers for their sensitivity and ease of use. These oval floats are weighted at one end to ride upright in the water and for better castability. An easy-to-use clip allows the angler to attach this float at the proper depth. Per 12.

This ain't your dad's bobber!

You wouldn't think there's much difference amongst bobbers, but if you use them often enough, you know there is. These bobbers have some great features. The combination of its aerodynamic shape and the built-in lead weighting, really help with casting. These things just soar! Additionally, the bright florescent and white color really shine in overcast conditions. The hard styrene outer layer is near indestructible. Wish I'd thought of it first!

We are salt water inshore fishers. My wife tried using other conventional floats, Cajun Thunder, popping corks, etc. She was unsatisfied with all of them. On a trip to Cabelas in Lousinia, I found these Betts oval floats. My wife won't fish with any of the others anymore. I just ordered 12 of them. Cabelas is the only place I found that stocks them.
