Better than worms?
Date:
I was pan fishing with two other guys for Texas Cichlids, the blue gill were crazy for this stuff too. I used these, they were using worms. Same hole. We were watching them check out the baits. No hits on the worms. I caught 3 in about 5 minutes (took more time getting them off the hook than on!) before the other guys switched to the Micro Wigglers.
They seemed to work best with no weight, no bobber, just a small #8 hook and this bait. let it sink until it hits the bottom, if they haven't taken it pull it out and drop it back in.
I was getting a bite about every 2-3 times I let it fall.
Seemed to get about 5 or 6 fish before changing the bait.

Honey worm is better
Date:
I tested both the micro wiggler and the honey worm on bluegill and redear. These are a better choice than live wax worms because of storage and price. However, the Berkley Honey Worm is superior because it is slightly larger and has a more hook-friendly shape. It also comes in a more user-friendly jar, as opposed to the small zipper-seal bag for these.

Great on crappie and perch!!
Date:
The first time I went out with a packet of the white wigglers, I was not disappointed. I caught fish after fish after fish on this using nothing more than a hook and a slip bobber. The scent lasted and the bait had to be nearly destroyed before it would fall off the hook. I don't know how many dozens of crappie and perch I caught with it that day and the next, but this stuff will replace crappie minnows and crawler pieces for me. It will do the same for you.

Berkley Micro Wiggler Baits
Date:
Best bait for bluegills going, no matter what color. Easy for kids to use, stays on hook very well, caught up to eight fish on one bait. Zip lock pouch works well and keeps bait fresh. Pan fish can't pass this bait up. Last time out we caught, Red Ear, Green Ear, Bluegill, Crappie and Channel Catfish on these baits. We used three different colors.
