Great Idea But Needs Work

For the price these are some of the best jigs I have used. The design of these jigs is the best I have seen on a football jig, especially the eye placement. However, the weed-guard needs some work. The guard needs to be a little stiffer, as is the jig is not very weedless. Also, the paint does chip easily, but again for the price these are exceptional jigs. I use them to fish grass and brush, as well as structure.

Poor quality

I was excited to receive my weedless football jigs.... especially since cabelas has such a small selection of colored football jigs.
I purchased the 1/2 oz. black football jigs. The paint is peeling off the jigs and I have yet to put them in the water.

Weedless Football jigs

Hooks are sharp, that is a plus. Paint chipped off easily and the weedguards were bent and some fell out. They need a little more quality control on the paint and weedguards. Probably won't but anymore.
