Carlson's Browning® Invector Plus Sporting Clay Chokes – 12 Gauge

  • Fits 12-gauge models
These all-new Browning Invector Plus sporting clays tubes are made from 1704 stainless steel and are precision machined to produce a choke tube that patterns better than standard choke tubes. These choke tubes feature a 25% larger parallel section in the choke, thus throwing more consistent patterns than conventional choke tubes. Each choke tube is knurled on the end to allow for quick and easy removal. Plus, they have the constriction laser etched on the end for easy reference. Lifetime warranty. For 12-gauge models only.

After shooting trap and skeet for many years, I tried sporting clays. It was a learning experience (especially falling targets!). My rolling trap average was 97 out of 100. My sporting clays scores were not nearly as rewarding! After struggling for a year, I went back to basics. Shells and patterns. In my opinion, hunting chokes are usually not good enough for sporting clays, which is why all the top shooters us high grade choke tubes. Switching back to Winchester shells (either Super Target or AA) and Carlson choke tubes brought me from so-so scores to above average.
Start with Carlson's, see if they are good enough to get you to the level you want to be at. They were for me.

Great choke tubes. They really help make a gun more versatile. I really wish they were available for the sub gauge shotguns.
