This snelled bait leader comes with a razor-sharp red Gamakatsu hook. Wide gap and rounded, high-carbon steel hooks are sticky sharp. Leaders are 72" long, while the hooks are pre-snelled with 15-pound Fluorocarbon line. Packages contain 10 hook rigs.

The lake that I live on in AR is the wold record holder for walleye, but a lot of the local anglers have never caught one. I put a lot of that blame on not being able to find a crawler harness around here, I used to tie my own, but I can't compeat with these for quality. Take it out of the package, thread some beads, add a spinner blade, tie it on and catch fish. The Gamakatsu hooks are fantastic. The 72in fluorocarbon lead is a dream come true, with the way it flutters on an inside turn when trolled. A big plus on top of the countless limits of walleyes is that I catch almost as many hybrid strippers
on these riggs (red hooks, blue & silver blades)

cabela's snelled bait leaders

For the past several years I build my walleye trolling snells with Cabela's leaders. The Fluorocarbon line and red hook has been very durable and caught large numbers of large (28" to 32") walleyes. Mostly in Canada. And now another year and idle time in winter I have many snells ready for 2010.
