The mat is not the same rubber material as the bed liner is made from and to make matters worse, it didn't even come close to fitting the tailgate. Waited 2 weeks and wasted 1 hour with this product.

07-Up Ram 1500 Tail Gate Protector

Finally, a tailgate protector for the newer Ram 1500 that
has the factory installed top tailgate protector. This piece
fits perfectly. I have tried to buy one of these for the last
year, even tried to order one from a Penda dealer and
they said it wasn't available. Thanks Cabelas for listing
this on your website for purchase. I was about to take an
older style that wrapped over the top of the tailgate and
cut that section off.
