Lund Genesis™ Roll-Up Tonneau Cover

The cargo in your pickup bed gets the protection it needs from the elements with this easy-to-install roll-up cover. The double-sided matte black fabric is tear-resistant and made to last. A built-in automatic tension control ensures a snug fit, and multifinned rubber seals on the front and rear rails keep dust and moisture out. Black rails and bows with strong, rigid extrusions give it durability and good looks. Heavy-duty Velcro® fastener is securely fixed to side rails with durable adhesive for easy open-and-close operation. Limited lifetime warranty.

Lund Genesis Roll-Up Tonneau Cover

Ordered one of these for my Tacoma double cab and the fit, finish and functionality of this cover was perfect. You do get what you pay for. I looked at other (cheaper) covers and none seemed to have the quality of the Lund. I needed one that was easy to remove since I use the bed a lot with larger items. It doesn't seem to be phased by heavy amounts of snow on top of the cover either which is great living in the Midwest.
I am sure this will give me years of trouble free service.

I really wanted the tri-fold cover and got one but it did not fit my side-step truck, what is also called "flairside", but I didn't know that at the time. Reordering with Cabelas was a snap and Lund got me this roll-up cover in 2 days. The instructions were in such small print that I used a magnifying glass to read them and write each step down before I started installation. So instead of needing 20 minutes it took me closer to 2 hours to install. The sturdy clamps were tricky to secure. There are six 2-bolted clamps to install which would easily twist out of place when I attempted to install them. I learned that I had to go back and forth between the 2 bolts and fasten them in sequence, otherwise the clamp would twist out of place. I have a speed wrench which helped me tighten one then the other, and that worked. The finished job was rewarding. The cover was tight as a drum and needed no adjustment. It looked factory installed. It's beautiful. I haven't tested it on the road yet but it is so well made that I don't expect any problems. Thank you Cabelas and Lund.

The bed cover installation was easy until the adjustments for closing. The instructions were wrong and the tailgate seal did not fit properly. I had to cut the rubber seal to make the cover latch properly. Other wise, it looks good and works well.
