Kolpin® Boottector Bracket

The easy way to secure Kolpin's Gun Boot 6.0 to your ATV. Simply attach bracket to ATV rack (universal fit mounts to virtually any rack) and lock the Gun Boot into bracket with pin or padlock. And unlike other mounting brackets, the Boottector can be adjusted without tools. Compact design takes up little space and eliminates vibration. Tough fiberglass-reinforced polypropylene and nylon construction.

I found the installation to be quite easy on my 2008 Yamaha Grizzly 700. This boot and bracket have made it much easier, and safer, to carry my rifle. I used to carry the rifle hanging upside down in front of my chest. Then one day I hit a bump and the gun nearly broke my nose. There is some wobble, but isn't so bad that is an issue.

Protect your rifle

I purchased the Boottector and the Gun Boot 6 several months ago and have logged many miles with my rifle inside. Admittedly, I was skeptical at first that this combo would hold up bouncing around rough roads and terrain in South Texas. Was I wrong. Plus the protection to my rifle from dust and rain has been terrific. However it does wiggle a lot and you have to tighten the knob, or at least check to see if it needs tightening. Great investment.
