Delta 3-D Fox Target

This fox target lets you refine your shooting before the season begins. These targets are designed with a new flexible, self-closing foam that can withstand the pounding from heavy compound bows and will stop even the fastest carbon arrows. Features IBO-approved scoring rings.
Fox target is 18" in length and 23" in height.

This target is Okay for occasional use

I wanted this target to add to my other 3-D targets I shoot at home. I had to "modify" it before I could ever use it, because it only came with one metal rod to drive into the ground. this was a problem because it wouldn't hold steady on the ground for repeated shooting. After drilling holes thru the foam between the front legs, and the tail so i could stake it down securely, I found the foam to be so soft they as the field points on my arrows went thru the target and out the back, the foam was literally "blowing" out the back of the target. I still use it, but no closer than 30 yards as high velocity arrows will wear this target out FAST! This is an okay target for occasional use, and perhaps an average speed bow #less than 285fps#. If your bow is a screamer, and you shoot this target a lot....you probably will replace it a lot.

I purchased this target for my 5 year old son. He shoots a Fred Bear youth long bow. The target is perfect for him because it is a soft target and he is able to get arrows stuck into it. The target is holding up great.
