Incredibly Accurate

First box of ammunition through my brand new Savage 114 Stainless in 7mm Remington Magnum; 152 grain performed way above expectations, final grouping was three shots in .352 inches at 100 meters. Accurate is an understatement from this factory load.

I have used this product for a year now with excellent performance out of my TC Weathershield ICON .30 t/c! I have no other choice for ammo in this chambering and no need for anything different.

I really liked the Hornady Light Mag, so when they replaced them with this Superformance I was looking forward to trying it. Bought a box for my Winchester M70 30-06 in the 165gr. After shooting it I could barely get the bolt open. I tried 2 more shots with the same result. I've never had this problem with any other ammo. Superformance is junk. Dont waste your money. I wish Hornady would have just stuck with the light mag custom. I switched to Nosler Custom and everything is good now.

Hornady Superformance

I bought 2 boxes of Hornady Superformance 150 grain gmx for my Browing A Bolt 30-06 that I've owned for 17 years. This is by far the least accurate ammo I've ever used. 3" shot groups at 100 yards is not acceptable for me. Maybe it's the operator and the scope, but I'm going back to Federal Premium that i can get 1.25"shot groups consistently, besides, this ammo kicks like a mule. I bought it because I've had great success with Hornady BTHP 75 grain for my 223, but I can't get Superformance to shoot consistently enough to use it. I think I'll get my money back for the second box that I bought. This ammo is garbage.
