First Pellet Gun
Date:
I've had BB guns but no pellet guns before.
Purchased this one because the way it looked
was very realistic as well as weight, about as heavy
as a small unloaded handgun.
The clip eject button shoots out nicely and is hidden
up into the bottom of the gun. Kick it out and flip
it over to get 8 more shots. (has 2 x 8 shot rounds)
The CO2 is also hidden in the stock and you get
to it by pulling/sliding it down.
Shoots pretty accurate at about 10/15 ft. I havn't
gone past that yet. Although i have had it miss
fire quite a few times. It will fire but the pellet
would still be in the clip. This may just be an issue
until i get some more rounds run thru it. I'm still on
my first 250 round tin of .177 pellets.
The Safety is also kinda a pain. Its a 2 part safety
where there is a spring slide within the safety
lever. So you have to hold the spring back and then
flip up into fire. Something you can't do alone with
your firing hand.. its a 2 hand process.
The trigger also has quite a long travel before you
get to firing. Maybe this is the same with all pellet
guns i don't know. I believe most of the trigger pull
is actually rotating the clip round within the handle.
