I usually get a medium, but found this to be VERY roomy. I wish I had ordered a small. I had to roll the sleeves up with a 3 inch cuff for the sleeve length to fit properly. Also the overall cut was very roomy. It felt a bit like a maternity shirt.
Otherwise, the style and color are great. The fleece is very cozy and the seam edges are finished nicely (making turning the sleeves up look ok).
